1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the CliniRelay website and, together with any written order or service agreement we sign with your practice, the CliniRelay service. CliniRelay is a US-based AI phone answering service for medical practices and healthcare businesses. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful business purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent who you are. Website content, branding, and copy are owned by CliniRelay. Prices, timelines, and feature descriptions on this site are informational and may change; the terms confirmed with you in writing before you pay are what apply to your practice.

3. Information you submit

The onboarding and contact forms are for business inquiries. Do not submit patient information or protected health information through them. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are authorized to provide the practice details you enter.

4. What the service does — and does not do

CliniRelay schedules appointments, quotes the prices you give us, answers questions from the information you provide, and takes messages. CliniRelay does not give medical advice, clinically assess symptoms, or discuss clinical results, and it is not a medical device or an emergency service. It follows the escalation rules your practice approves, and calls matching your emergency rules are transferred to your team immediately. Your practice remains responsible for clinical decisions, patient care, and for the accuracy of the prices, hours, policies, and escalation rules you give us.

5. Your phone lines

CliniRelay does not replace your phone number and does not require a new one. You keep your existing number and phone system and choose when your line forwards to us — busy, no answer, after hours, or always. You can change or turn off forwarding at any time.

6. First month free

The first month of service is free on every standard plan. You're month to month after that and can cancel anytime. Setup fees are separate from the monthly service fee and we explain yours before you pay.

7. Setup fees and refunds

Standard setups: your setup fee is fully refunded if you cancel in your first 30 days. Integrated setups (where we connect the practice system you use, once we've confirmed we can): setup covers real engineering work and is non-refundable. We tell you which applies before you pay a dollar.

The one-time setup fee covers building your AI: loading your services and real prices, your hours, your escalation rules, your call flows, and testing it with you before launch. Integrated setups also include connecting the practice system you use.

8. Billing, cancellation, and changes

After the free first month, service is billed monthly in advance on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month and monthly fees already paid for that month are not prorated. Usage beyond your plan's included volume, if any, is billed as described in your written plan terms. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, misuse, or unlawful use, and we'll tell you why.

9. Privacy and HIPAA

Where we handle protected health information on your behalf, a Business Associate Agreement governs that handling and is included on every plan. See Security & HIPAA for how we protect data.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is." The service is provided as described in your written plan terms, and telephony and third-party systems can experience outages outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, CliniRelay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes and contact
