Who we are

CliniRelay is a US-based AI phone answering service for medical practices and healthcare businesses. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. It does not describe patient information we process on behalf of a practice that has become a customer — that information is governed by our agreement with that practice, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.

What our website forms collect

This website has two forms — the onboarding form at /onboarding and the contact form at /contact. Both collect the information you type into them:

• Your name
• Your practice name
• Your specialty
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any message you choose to write
• The plan you were looking at, and — on the contact form — your preferred callback time if you ask us to call you

Please do not include patient information or protected health information (PHI) in these forms. They are for business inquiries only.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
• To scope, quote, configure, and deliver the CliniRelay service for your practice
• To send you information related to a request you made
• To keep our forms working and protect them from spam and abuse
• To meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us operate this website and our business — for example hosting, database, and email providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember choices you make on the site, such as the specialty you selected, so pages stay consistent as you move around. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and how people navigate — so we can improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. You can block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser at any time; the site will still work.

Security and retention

Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to maintain business records, and to meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through this website, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This website is intended for healthcare businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be described on this page.
